Allan M. Larsen
CEO & Co-founder
Allan is a people leader who is passionate about digital technology innovation and transformative change. His career has been built on leading diverse teams in innovative projects for complex organizations.
Notably, he has 7 years of experience from the wind power industry, where he led high-performing teams in innovation projects involving software development and data analytics. He is intimately familiar with the realities of predictive maintenance in the wind power industry.
Allan holds a M.Sc. in Engineering, Innovation & Business from The University of Southern Denmark.

Martin Bach-Andersen
CTO & Co-founder
Martin has spent more than a decade working with all aspects of industrial sensor data and sensor signal analysis. He started his career as a consultant, working on machinery failure and data analysis on industrial assets worldwide. He has been the technical architect of the largest predictive maintenance implementations in the wind industry. Notably, he was the first in the world to demonstrate the benefits of AI for advanced vibration diagnostics at scale.
Through his industrial and academic research, Martin has demonstrated how AI technology can solve some of the biggest challenges that maintenance organizations face when they want to implement predictive maintenance at scale.
Martin holds a PhD in Machine Learning from The Technical University of Denmark and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School.
